One thing I have been contemplating about whenever we go on a trip is storage. Storage for things that will typically live in the truck versus out in the bed. So with that in mind I have been super intrigued by the Goose Gear 60/40 rear seat delete. However for $400 just for the 40%, … Continue reading 40% Rear Seat Delete

Redline Tuning Hood Struts
This is by far one of my favorite mods of the truck. I firmly believe that this is how the truck should have came from the factory. With my height compared to the stance of the truck it can be a little tough to get the hood open. Also I really just enjoy seeing it … Continue reading Redline Tuning Hood Struts
TPAM & Speedo Calibrator
So one of the things I've always wanted to take care of is a comms and GPS system that would withstand the bumps and craziness off-road. I decided to go with the Expedition Essentials TPAM for the 3rd gen tacoma. The system uses RAM mounts and RAM product which are great for mounting a ton … Continue reading TPAM & Speedo Calibrator
#inspiredbywifey Air System
Many have seen the infamous #wifeyair system. After seeing it in person and online I wanted to do something similar, but more of what works for my needs. I personally love the concept behind the #wifeyairsystem. However I didn't want to have to open the hood every time I aired up or down. View this … Continue reading #inspiredbywifey Air System
Bajadesigns Wide Amber Fogs
With the Bajadesigns kit, everything was super easy to put together and install. Unfortunately one of the lights came defective and we were unable to keep everything on. We'll be leaving for Portland in a few weeks and I really wish I had these with me for this trip. Hopefully Bajadesigns gets back to me … Continue reading Bajadesigns Wide Amber Fogs
Wheelers Off-Road Rear Lines
Pretty simple installation. With the lift I knew I wanted to make sure that we had plenty of brake line for droop when we're off-roading. It was super easy to bleed everything. We went with DOT 4 brake fluid. Car stops fine so, seems like everything went well. lol
PowerTrays Install
With some pretty good deals this black Friday... I decided to clean up my auxiliary power even more. I picked up a PowerTrays panel and a bunch of Blue Sea Equipment peripherals to prepare for a future purchase of a SwitchPros SP9100. Everything was packaged beautifully from PowerTrays. Decided to purchase everything else from Amazon. … Continue reading PowerTrays Install
Sierra at Tahoe
This weekend we planned to go snowboarding at Sierra at Tahoe. My brother and I spent majority of the morning and afternoon shredding the mountain. As we started to get a little tired, we opted to go out to find some trails. Good thing we brought the Maxtrax out because we definitely got stuck. We … Continue reading Sierra at Tahoe
CMC and Pinch weld
Now that we have the suspension in, it's time to take care of the CMC and pinch weld. Now with my previous setup I wasn't rubbing, but after my alignment its starting to rub a lot more. Definitely need to take it to another alignment shop so that its not to stock spec. Will need … Continue reading CMC and Pinch weld
